Bookkeeper and Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an organised and efficient Bookkeeper & Accounts Administrator to work across 2 initiatives. The Recover Clinic is a London based outpatient clinic and The Woman To Woman Project is a small social enterprise.

Responsibilities

Finance:

  • Preparing accounts and tax returns
  • Using KashFlow
  • Standard bookkeeping
  • Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
  • Auditing financial information
  • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets and financial statements
  • Analysing accounts
  • Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
  • Financial forecasting and risk analysis

HR Admin:

  • To prepare staff contracts
  • Requesting staff references

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

The candidate will be proficient in the following areas:

  • T skills, the ability to use Word and Excel
  • Experience in Accounts administration
  • Effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports
  • Time management skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Be able to work as part of a team cooperatively

Job Type

Part Time – 1 Year Contract (Maternity Cover)

Hours

Approximately 20 hours per week. We are fairly flexible with how these hours are split but we must have set hours and daily contact.

Salary

£28,000 – £32,000 per annum (pro rata)

Location

The candidate must be able to work from home.
