[custom_headline type=”left” level=”h2″ looks_like=”h3″ accent=”true”] Dear Inner Child,[/custom_headline]
Come here. Everything is going to be okay. I can promise you through out it all there is a love and kindness that burns bright enough to glue you back together ,even when you can’t find the pieces from which you have broken.
Fear is an integral part of a humans identity, we have evolved to rely on fear as a way of protecting our lives from danger. Somewhere along the way, through conditioning, nurture and manipulation it has become dominant in your life.
The fear and anxiety no longer lies with flight or fight situations but fears of rejection, conditional love, judgement, being alone, being undesirable or unsuccessful. The definition of the latter has been shaped by those high standards around you.
You swing between the desire to tightly control your life and the overwhelming feeling of being hopeless and disempowered with the control on your life and abilities.
TRUST IN YOU
BELIEVE IN YOU
IS THIS WHAT I WANT?
DESIGN A LIFE YOU LOVE
SPEAK KINDLY, YOU ARE LISTENING
The worst that can happen has occurred again and again and each time you have got up stronger, braver and wiser than before. Suffering is part of life’s journey and is imperative to growing and cultivating compassion. Don’t fear yours or your loved ones suffering, don’t hold the weight on your shoulder, allow yourself to feel but know THIS TOO SHALL PASS… Nothing endures.
Let the responsibility for your empower not disable you, be kind and accept ‘mistakes’ turning them into an opportunity for growth and wisdom.
You are going to try lots of silly things to try and make yourself feel better, resist the urge to feel shame and know that you are coping, you are trying, you are learning without a textbook or guide.
Some of your greatest assets are your biggest downfalls but accept that without one you can’t have the other.
You won’t know your own strength until it comes the time when you need it the most. You will survive, you will heal and you will have yourself forever and always, till death do you part. You are enough.
